Breakfast Bowl (Overnight Oats)

Ingredients
- • 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
- • 8 oz (240 ml) milk of your choice
- • 1/2 cup (120 g) Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the oats, milk, and yogurt in a bowl or jar. Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight if possible.
- In the morning, add:
- • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
- • A pinch of sea salt
- • Cinnamon
- I like to add a small amount of chia seeds, flax seeds, and some walnuts. You can also add a drizzle of peanut butter or a sprinkle of granola if you like.
- Tip:
- I often cut up an apple and microwave it for about one minute for a warm, caramelized touch. You can add any fruit you prefer.
