Breakfast Bowl (Overnight Oats)

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
  • • 8 oz (240 ml) milk of your choice
  • • 1/2 cup (120 g) Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, milk, and yogurt in a bowl or jar. Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight if possible.
  2. In the morning, add:
  3. • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
  4. • A pinch of sea salt
  5. • Cinnamon
  6. I like to add a small amount of chia seeds, flax seeds, and some walnuts. You can also add a drizzle of peanut butter or a sprinkle of granola if you like.
  7. Tip:
  8. I often cut up an apple and microwave it for about one minute for a warm, caramelized touch. You can add any fruit you prefer.
