Chicken Shawarma Bagel Plate

Ingredients

• 1 whole wheat bagel, halved
• 1/2 cup hummus
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup chicken shawarma mix (cooked)
• 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
• 1/2 cup microgreens
• 1–2 tbsp balsamic cream

Instructions

1. Toast the whole wheat bagel halves until lightly golden (optional).
2. Place the bagel halves on one side of the plate.
3. Add hummus.
4. Add yogurt.
5. Place the cooked chicken shawarma mix on the plate.
6. Add cucumber pieces and microgreens alongside the other components.
7. Drizzle balsamic cream over the vegetables and lightly across the plate before serving.
