Croissant Lunch Plate
Ingredients
• 1 croissant
• 1 kiwi
• 1/2 cup (120 g) yogurt
• 1–2 tbsp (15–30 g) honey
• 1/2 cup (20–30 g) microgreens
• 1–2 tbsp (15–30 g) balsamic cream
• 1/2 cup (120 g) chicken salad
• 2–3 tbsp (30–45 g) goat cheese, crumbled
• 1 boiled egg (50–60 g)
• Everything seasoning, to taste
Instructions
1. Place the croissant on the plate.
2. Add chicken salad.
3. Place the boiled egg on the plate and top with everything seasoning.
4. Add goat cheese next to the chicken salad.
5. Arrange kiwi pieces as a fresh fruit section.
6. Add yogurt to a separate section and drizzle with honey.
7. Place microgreens on the plate and drizzle lightly with balsamic cream.
