Homemade Granola

Walnuts
Almonds
Pecans
Cashews
Brazil nuts
Ground flaxseed
Hemp seeds
Drizzle of honey
Egg whites (add enough so the nuts form a cohesive mixture)
Raisins (optional, for added sweetness)
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Combine all nuts and seeds in a bowl.
3. Add salt and cinnamon.
4. Drizzle with honey and add egg whites until everything is lightly coated and sticks together.
5. Mix well.
6. Spread evenly on a lined baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown.
8. Let cool completely.
Add raisins (if using).
Store in a glass container.
