Homemade Granola
Ingredients
• Walnuts
• Almonds
• Pecans
• Cashews
• Brazil nuts
• Ground flaxseed
• Hemp seeds
• Drizzle of honey
• Egg whites (add enough so the nuts form a cohesive mixture)
• Raisins (optional, for added sweetness)
• Pinch of salt
• Cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Combine all nuts and seeds in a bowl.
3. Add salt and cinnamon.
4. Drizzle with honey and add egg whites until everything is lightly coated and sticks together.
5. Mix well.
6. Spread evenly on a lined baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown.
8. Let cool completely.
9. Add raisins (if using).
10. Store in a glass container.
