•1 sourdough bagel or 2 slices sourdough bread
• Easier digestion from fermentation
• 2 tbsp cream cheese or yogurt (30 g)
• 1 soft-boiled egg
• 30 g hard cheese
• ½ cup fresh spinach (15 g)
• ¼ cup sprouts (20 g)
• 4–5 small pickles (cornichons) (40 g)
• 1 tsp whole grain mustard, jam or honey (5 g)
• 1 tsp honey ( optional drizzle on cream cheese)
• Pinch mixed seeds (sesame, black sesame, etc.)
